Pao de Queijo
Order Pao De Queijo Mix on cassava.se. Buy home cheese (100g), oil (25ml) and eggs (2pcs) and add tap water (100ml)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure to STIR properly. You can also pour a drop of oil over your hands/use plastic gloves so that it won't stick too much.
Roll the cheeseballs into the size of a meatball. There will be around 20-25 cheeseballs per package. Keep in mind that they swell in the oven and become bigger.
Put the Pao De Queijo on a bakepaper and place in the oven at 200 degrees. When they have a golden brown color, they are ready - after about 20 minutes.
After they have cooled down for a short while, just eat. Try to dip Pao De Queijon in Philadelphiaost - it's our favorite!
- Switch up the cheese to see which one you prefer
- Add bacon/ham
- Use plastic gloves or a drip of oil on your handswhen rolling.
